Ghosts of Dunbar - Part 3

This was unearthed from a filming in late 2008, when the building was up for sale. This was the main dry goods store in town, built in 1901 and operated until sometime in the 1960's. I was fortunate enough to film all the rooms in their condition at the time. This is a great investment opportunity for someone to re-open the lower floors for a bike shop antique store or cafe...there are apartments upstairs for addtional income.
